1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Peedief, our PDF generation service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users of Peedief.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use Peedief.

2. Description of Service

Peedief provides users with the ability to generate PDF documents from various input formats. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with different usage limits and features.

• Free Plan: Up to 5 PDF generations (lifetime limit)
• Paid Plans: Various subscription tiers with different limits and features
• Secure file storage and management
• User account management and authentication

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of Peedief, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Peedief to:

• Upload, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content containing personal information of others without consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack Peedief
• Use automated tools to exceed your plan limits
• Share your account credentials with others
• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive

5. Payment and Billing

For paid subscription plans:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us necessary rights to provide Peedief services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Temporarily suspend service for technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features with notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Peedief in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Prolonged inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through Peedief. Continued use of Peedief after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
